About: 

Theilor Cruz is a dedicated, young coffee farmer from the San Ignacio region of Cajamarca, Peru. His farm, Finca Tabacona, is situated at an altitude of 1,750 meters above sea level, nestled in the mountainous terrain of Tabaconas. This high-altitude region provides an ideal environmental climate for cultivating specialty coffee, and is known for its rich biodiversity.

Geisha is one of the most highly prized and sought-after varieties in the world, renowned for its exceptionally high quality and characteristic delicate, floral and complex profile. Only the best cherries of Geisha were picked and then hand-sorted to remove any defects. Afterward, the coffee was pulped and washed to completely remove the mucilage. The coffee was then sun-dried for 18 days on raised beds.
